To be eligible for a program, children must meet the age requirements and have a birth date within the specified dates (for most programs, by state law, children must meet the age requirement by September 30 of the given school year. Once your application is accepted, our office staff will be in touch to discuss next steps to enroll your child.

The Commonwealth of Virginia requires all students (beginning at Stepping Stones age) to have a current Virginia School Entrance Health Form on file, completed by the child's primary guardian(s) and the child's physician. For fall enrollments, the form must be dated the calendar year in which school starts.

All students must also have an official birth certificate or passport on file. Original documents are not retained but must be reviewed by ECC office staff.

Students with health conditions, including asthma and allergies, must have the appropriate medical forms on file. Our office staff can guide you to the correct forms for your child.
